Online Professional CPD Course: Teaching and Supporting Learners (Students in FE/HE) using an on-line Video Platform.

Time: 4.00pm - 6.30pm

This CPD course enables practitioners to develop an understanding of how to teach learners with SpLD (Dyslexia) using an online video platform. The course will provide an opportunity for you to:

  • To review your knowledge and understanding of SpLD teaching methodology. 
  • To reflect on your own professional practice, and consider how you might transfer your skills and adapt to online teaching.

We will explore:

  • Basic settings and features within online programs
  • Teaching methodology
  • Ideas and resources - practical examples
  • Challenges 
  • Getting started
  • Protocol and safeguarding


Eligibilty: This is a CPD course for professional SpLD Tutors and delegates must be hold a Level 5 SpLD qualification.

Timings: Presentation start from 4.00pm closing at 6.30pm.

The course will be delivered by experienced practitioners from the Helen Arkell Centre.
