Re-opening of facilities on 8 March
Following the government’s latest announcement on 22 February, our main Centre in Frensham (Surrey), shall re-open from 8 March onwards, with a skeleton staff team on site.
Our premises will be available from 8 March for face-to-face dyslexia support, in 1:1 situations, where online service is impracticable. This will include provision of dyslexia assessments, coaching and tuition.
We have stringent and effective protocols in place, for the safety of all concerned.
We shall also open our Oxford hub at the same time. News regarding the re-opening of our London and Salisbury hubs will be announced in due course.
In the meantime, many services are also available online and by video call, and will continue to be available online after 8 March. Thus, clients will have a choice as to whether to access our service face-to-face or remotely, whichever is most applicable to the individual circumstances.
Our admin team continue to work from home, on reduced hours, so please be patient when contacting us at [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
In the first instance our priority will be to rebook those clients whose assessments were postponed from January, February and early March. We will then start making new bookings.
We look forward to helping you in whichever way we can.
Andy Cook, Chief Executive
