Following the government's announcement of the easing of Covid restrictions on 19 July, we have reviewed our Covid policies and decided to keep our current measures in place for the time being for the safety of our visitors and staff.
Our main Centre in Frensham (Surrey), and Oxford, South London and Wessex hubs are open for face-to-face dyslexia support, in 1:1 situations, where online service is impracticable. This includes provision of dyslexia assessments, coaching and tuition.
We have stringent and effective protocols in place for the safety of all concerned. You can find out what to expect here.
Many services are also available online and by video call, and clients will have a choice as to whether to access our service face-to-face or remotely, whichever is most applicable to the individual circumstances.
Please be aware that our team have flexible and fluid working patterns, partly in the office and partly from home, and so they will not always be at their desk.
The easiest way to get in touch is by sending an email to [email protected] and we will direct your message to the most relevant person.
In addition, our phone lines are open 10am to 12 noon, and 2pm to 4pm on weekdays.
If the relevant member of the team is away from their desk when you call, please leave a message, or drop them an email, and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
We look forward to assisting you.
