The role
We are looking for an experienced SEND practitioner to play a pivotal role in shaping the admissions and transition experience for pupils joining us at Bradfield College. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about inclusive education and eager to make a meaningful impact within one of the UK’s leading independent schools.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who can bring a deep understanding of SEND provision, along with the ambition, emotional intelligence and experience necessary to build strong and lasting relationships with prospective families, pupils and feeder schools. You will ensure that every child with SEND receives outstanding support both prior to joining the College and throughout their transition into Faulkner’s (Year 9) or other entry points.
Working collaboratively with Prep School SENCOs and parents, you will help to establish Bradfield as a sector leader in supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring each child’s individual strengths are recognised and nurtured.
About you
You will hold a recognised Level 7 qualification and will be capable of providing one-to-one support in core subjects. You will also possess a strong understanding of the independent sector and the evolving international education landscape, along with a proven track record of building successful relationships with families and feeder schools.
This is a full-time position, term time only, plus four additional weeks, and will include some Saturday mornings for open mornings and admissions events.
