Course cancellation policy
Saturday Morning Presentations
- No fee will be refunded if we receive less than one month’s notice of cancellation.
- A refund of £10 will be made for cancellations made more than one month before the presentation date.
- Fees are non-transferable.
Short Courses
The following terms apply to all registrations:
- No fee will be refunded if we receive less than one month’s notice of cancellation
- 50% of the course fee paid will be refunded for cancellations made more than one month before the course date.

Level 5 and Level 7 courses
The following terms apply to all applicants:
- The non-refundable deposit £500 is payable on the day of interview with the Head of Education after an offer of a place has been made and accepted.
- Once you have accepted your place on the course and signed and returned your letter of offer and payment details, you are obliged to pay the full fees to Helen Arkell, even if you decide, for any reason, not to complete the course. The full course fees are due irrespective of whether you choose to pay in full or in instalments.
