Steph is our Shop Manager/Courses Administrator and joined Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity in August 2026.

Steph has a BSc degree in Retail Management from the University of Surrey. With over 30 years in retail and customer experience she has worked for different brands including JoJo Maman Bebe, Topshop, Primark and La Senza. Passionate about helping people, she was drawn to Helen Arkell to help make a difference and be part of our fantastic compassionate team.

Her other passions include reading, music, especially country music and animals.
