Tom joined Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity with a background in business development, partnership building and the charity sector. Throughout his career, he has worked with businesses, local authorities and community organisations to create meaningful collaborations that deliver positive social impact.

As someone who is dyslexic himself, Tom is passionate about helping others access the support and opportunities they need to thrive. He is proud to be part of the Helen Arkell team, working to raise awareness of dyslexia and make a lasting difference to the lives of individuals and families.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and exploring the countryside.
