Claire has worked with Helen Arkell for 6 years having completed OCR Levels 3, 5 and 7. Since qualifying, she has lectured, tutored and assessed on the Level 5 and 7 courses and worked in a local secondary school as a Specialist Teacher.

In recent years Claire has focused on designing and leading high quality training courses directly to schools and associations delivering study skills, GCSE revision, CPD lectures and dyslexia friendly advice to a variety of audiences. She also runs an annual summer school for Norwegian dyslexic adults to learn English in the UK!

In addition, Claire provides consultations to parents, students and schools helping to advise them on their strengths and weaknesses and how best to harness them to succeed not only in school but also in life.

Coming from a career in international business and marketing she endeavours to combine skills acquired there with the challenging world of SpLD. Claire’s aim is to deliver high quality advice, training and teaching to individuals and schools to ensure that everyone makes the most of his/her differences.
