Julie has over twenty years’ experience leading the finance, HR, governance and operations of several different charities.

In the last few years Julie has worked freelance, providing interim management solutions to support charities in an independent capacity.
Julie joined Helen Arkell in January and took over as Interim CEO in May 2025.

Julie is passionate about working in the third sector supporting organisations to achieve financial stability and while delivering their mission.
