Tracy is our Finance and HR Executive and joined the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity in 2013, having previously worked for a firm of accountants.

Tracy has quite a varied role, she is responsible for the accounts and payroll and also looks after the HR, health and safety.

Tracy enjoys reading, yoga and pilates.
