Vicky, our Individual Giving Officer, has a background in film and journalism, graduating with a BA Hons Degree in Film. Working for Globecast (part of France Telecom), Vicky worked on the BBC News 24 contract deploying news crews to large breaking stories such as the 911 attacks on New York, the Crash of Concorde, as well as everyday newsgathering for the BBC and other news outlets in the UK.

After living in Qatar for nearly a decade for her husband’s work, Vicky returned to the UK with her family and three keen rugby playing sons! Vicky went back to work when all three boys started school and worked in a marketing agency followed by some time in schools and other local charities before joining Helen Arkell. When not standing on the side of rugby pitches at the weekends (which isn’t very often!), Vicky loves to cook and travel, especially quick trips across the channel, whenever the opportunity arises!
