Don’t receive tuition and could benefit from a boost? Already receive regular tuition and would benefit from more? Has your child missed school and needs help?
We have sessions during the Summer holidays to help students consolidate their skills. Each 60-minute session will be on a one-to-one basis and will be delivered by an experienced specialist teacher. Book one session or more – whatever your child needs.
Please note that the tutor can only go over subject specific content for English subjects. They can also go over more general study skills applicable for ANY subject (except Maths). Topics covered that are not subject specific could include:
- Basic literacy skills
- Reading accuracy
- Reading comprehension
- Spelling
- Writing skills
- Proof reading
- Organisation
- Memory strategies
- Learning preferences
- Revision techniques
- Listening skills

Please be aware we do not have parking available at the centre, please use public parking available elsewhere in Farnham.
Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply to all registrations:
Included in the price is a booking fee of £30. This is not refundable unless the course is cancelled by Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity.
No fee will be refunded if we receive less than one month’s notice of cancellation
- 50% of the course fee paid, less the booking fee, will be refunded for cancellations made more than one month before the course date
- Please note that course fees are non-transferable.
