We are on a mission to offer more help to more people with dyslexia and your time and skills could help us achieve this.
As well as the satisfaction of ‘giving something back’, volunteers can gain valuable experience and skills. It can also be a chance to meet new people and make new friends.
We are looking for help at our Farnham Centre with:
Administration
Are you a whizz at admin, filing and all things office based? We could have the ideal volunteer role for you with our friendly fundraising team in Farnham.
Fundraising and event support
We need your help attending local events and shows, street collections, organising fundraising activities, looking after collection tins and distributing posters/flyers.
Awareness raising
Become a volunteer speaker, spreading the word about dyslexia and the work of Helen Arkell to Women’s Institutes, clubs and schools.
Donate your professional skills – Graphic Design Volunteer
We need help designing event flyers, posters, tickets and forms. If you have a few hours to spare and could help us create eye-catching artwork, please do get in touch.
