Haile joined the team as a Service Administrator in the Assessments Department in February 2024. She has worked in customer service and administration for seven years, and prior to that worked with children as a camp counsellor in Canada and as an au pair in Spain.

She has a Level 5 Diploma in Environmental Studies which focused heavily on social impact, and this inspired her to make a career change into the charity sector. She was particularly keen on joining Helen Arkell as she is neurodivergent herself and was excited to help others access support.

She loves travelling, yoga, cooking, and charity shopping!
