Simon Hepher-Davies

Trustee

Simon became a trustee at Helen Arkell in September 2018.

He is a chartered surveyor, working at British Land for their flexible workspace brand, Storey. He became the Head of Storey Property Performance and Analysis in May 2019.

Being dyslexic, Simon was drawn to Helen Arkell due to the great work it is doing in assisting those from all backgrounds and ages. This includes being assessed, being given focused advice, and helping teachers to be trained to teach dyslexic students most effectively. He is a strong believer that, while dyslexia is a challenge, it also offers great opportunity. This is especially the case in the workplace, where dyslexic people bring fresh approaches and different ways of addressing problems to organisations.

Simon lives with his wife Claire in Balham, spending weekends exploring hidden parts of the city and enjoying the London lifestyle.
