Dyslexia can have a significant impact on a person’s ability to engage in the workplace.  However, while it can create challenges, people with dyslexia have unique skills and talents and can add real value to their employers.  For instance, many dyslexic people show strengths in areas such as reasoning, and in visual and creative fields.
