We are seeking a full-time administrator to support our short courses and busy on-site and online shop.

This varied role involves coordinating course delivery, managing bookings and resources, and overseeing shop operations including stock, sales, and customer service. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident dealing with the public, and comfortable multitasking in a collaborative office environment.

We’re Hiring! Admin Assistant Role

Do you want to make a difference to a local charity?

We are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work 3 hours a day 5 days a week. This role is face to face at our friendly office in Farnham.

We are looking for someone with good administrative and communication skills who has experience of working in an office.

The role is initially for six months but may be extended.
